Growing up in Bern, she was soon drawn to Lausanne (EPFL) and Zurich (ETH) to study architecture. Thanks to a semester with Gion A. Caminada, Anina Weber came into contact with Origen for the first time. The aroused curiosity led her to take up a position with Origen after completing her Master's degree at the ETH. During this time, the architect was able to accompany the interesting extension work on the Clavadeira and the Villa Carisch in Riom. This was followed by a position in an architectural office in Bern, where she was able to continue to pursue her interest – building in existing structures. Later, Anina Weber moved to Spain, where she was able to work on larger projects with the architects Barozzi Veiga. After this varied experience, she is now returning to Origen.
