BENJAMIN HOFER
was born in 1983 in Olten and studied environmental engineering and earth sciences at the ETH Zurich. In 2007 he decided to follow his passion: photography. He became personal Assistant to the Portrait- and Fashion photographer Marco Grob (New York). During this time, he worked at international productions in Moscow, Dubai, Hamburg and New York. After a stay in Paris he returned to Switzerland and worked for the photographer duo Scanderbeg Sauer in Zurich. Apart from his own projects he had a further education to become a photo designer.
Benjamin Hofer is the photographer of the Origen Festival Cultural since 2008 and created a photographic journal about the theatre project «La Regina Da Saba» in autumn 2010.
