trained to be a primary teacher in Rorschach. he had his first vocal education at the church music school in St. Gallen with Peter Mächler. He took several classes with Prof. Kurt Widmer. After a change of register from tenor to alto he took classes with Prof. Kurt Widmer in Basel. He performs as a soloist at different passion concerts, oratorios, cantatas and masses by J.S.Bach, G.F. Händel, G. Ph. Teleman. He also likes to dedicate himself to the classical songs by composers like J. Dowland, H. Purcell, H. Alber, F. Schubert. Scenic productions and contemporary classical music are also part of his repertoire.
