Born in Palermo (Italy), Giovanni D’Agati received his training at the Princess Grace Academy in Montecarlo. During his studies he danced in choreographies by Jean Christophe Maillot, Claude Brumachon, Marco Goecke and many others. In 2020 he joined Ballet Vlaanderen where he got the opportunity to perform choreographies by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Akram Khan, Pina Bausch and Andonis Foniadakis. In 2022 Giovanni joined the Staatsballett Hannover.

At Origen he dances in Robert Robinsons Ballet «The Artist's Way» (2023).
