JULIA MARTI-GASULL

 

Born in Barcelona, Júlia Martí-Gasull started her studies at the Conservatory of Barcelona from 2013 to 2017. She continued her education at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Russia from 2017 to 2019, and later at the European school of Ballet in Amsterdam from 2019 to 2020. In 2021 she participated at the International Gala at the Centre Cultural Terrassa, where she danced Giselle 2nd act Pas de Deux alongside with Ricardo Castellanos and The Nutcracker Grand Pas de Deux. Later that year, she joined the Czech National Ballet in Prague, where she danced in classical, neoclassical and contemporary work productions. Noteworthy among her repertoire are roles in productions such as «Swan Lake» by John Cranko (Pas de quatre), «Kafka: The Process» by Mauro Bigonzetti, «A Streetcar named Desire» by John Neumeier, «Onegin» by John Cranko, «Sleeping Beauty» by Márcia Haydeé, «La Fille Mal Gardeé» by Frederick Ashton, «Nutcracker» by Youri Vàmos or «Romeo and Juliet» by John Cranko.
