The young pianist and composer Kirill Richter is the most prominent representative of the Russian neoclassical music scene. His lively and emotional compositions never fail to impress audiences, no matter the venue: whether in inconspicuous places or in large concert halls. Richter began his career in 2016 with a performance at the Pillar Hall of the House of Unions - the legendary Moscow concert hall granted the young composer a standing ovation. Since then, Richter's career has been developing rapidly: he has given dozens of performances, from solo piano concerts to appearances with orchestras. He has also received commissions for film music, short films, theatre and choreographic productions. He has performed at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Classical:Next in Rotterdam and the British The Great Escape Festival or the Elbphilharmonie.

For Origen, Richter has composed «Russian Requiem» in autumn 2019, «Babylon-Songs» in summer 2022 and «Seven Ages» in winter 2023. In addition, together with his trio, he brought «Chronos» to the stage of the Julier Tower in autumn 2022.
