grew up in Chur. He studied double bass at the Zurich University of the Arts with Harald Friedrich and graduated in 2009. He took several classes with Dane Roberts and is currently studying with Paolo Rizzi at the Accademia Internazionale della Musica Milano. He is a member of several orchestras such as the Zurich Baroque Orchestra, Capriccio Basel and the orchestra of the Bach foundation in St. Gallen. He was a volunteer at the Zurich Opera Orchestra in 2009 and won the artist award of Grisons in 2009.
