MASSIMO MARGARIA
Massimo was born in Italy. He started dancing ballet at the age of twelve in his local village. When he was fourteen, he joined the Academy Teatro Nuovo of Turin and graduated five years later. Massimo has worked in U.S.A. with the Aijkun Ballet, for their production of «Cinderella», he joined the Teatro Massimo di Palermo for their production of «Carmenand» in 2012, he moved to Florence at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino where he danced in most of the classical and contemporary repertoire including «Steptext» by William Forsythe. In 2014, he joined the Augsburg Ballet Company in Germany and expanded his contemporary repertoire. In 2015, he moved to New Zealand to join the Royal New Zealand Ballet as a soloist. He has danced the work of many choreographers including Roland Petit, Alexander Ekman, Jiri Kilian, William Forsythe, George Balanchine, Francesco Ventriglia, Marco Goecke, Liam Scarlett, Andonis Foniadakis, Edward Clug and many more.
