MATEUSZ NIEDSWIEDZKI

Born in 1987 in Lublin in the east of Poland, he received his first piano lessons at the age of 6 from Renata Kolodynska-Pyda. From 2000 to 2006 he was a pupil of Malgorzata Krzeminska- Sribniak at the Music High School in Lublin. In 2005 he was the best pupil and performed the Concerto in E minor by Frederic Chopin with the Symphony Orchestra in Lublin. In 2006 he passed the entrance examination for the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice with the best mark. First he studied with Wojciech Switala, from his third year he worked with Joseph Stompel and George Enescu in Bucharest. At the same time he studied chamber music with Grzegorz Biegas and Urszula Stanczyk. In 2011-2017 he will also complete the Master of Arts in Music Performance and the Master in Music Pedagogy at the Hochschule der Künste Bern in the class of Prof. Tomasz Herbut. He has already performed in several concerts, among others at the Kultur Casino in Bern, Yehudi Menuhi Forum in Bern, Grande Salle de Concerts of Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne, Haute Ecole de Musique in Neuchatel and Conservatory in Winterthur. As a member of the orchestra he was also allowed to play with the Symphony Orchestra and the Camerata Bern.
