MAXIMILIAN VOGLER

 

The young tenor appears as a soloist all over Germany and Switzerland. He gave concerts with the Jena Philharmonic, the Southwest-German Philharmonic, the baroque orchestras La Stagione Frankfurt, L'Arco Hannover and La Banda Augsburg. He maintains several chamber music formations, with a special focus on Lieder. He made his debut at the Zurich Opera House at the end of 2019 in a children's production. In March 2021 he will make his debut at the Salzburg State Theater in a scenic implementation of Haydn's Creation.

 

He is a scholarship holder of the LIEDBasel festival and the Lyra Foundation, recipient of sponsorship awards from his hometown of Konstanz, the Musikorganisation Zürichsee, Dienemann Foundation, Lyra Foundation as well as participant in several international singing competitions.

 

From 2012 – 2016 he studied at the HfM Detmold with Prof. Gerhild Romberger, where he received important impulses. From 2016 – 2020 he has deepened his studies at the Zurich University of the Arts with Prof. Werner Güra. Master classes with Margreet Honig, Ann Murray, Jard van Nes, Robert Holl, Benjamin Appl, Graham Johnson, David Selig, Malcom Martineau and Julius Drake complement his training.
