The Würzburg-born master confectioner, who recognized his talent for patisserie early on and was able to perfect it in various 4 and 5 star hotels in Switzerland and abroad, has been working in Switzerland for over 25 years. His passion for sweetness is reflected in his constantly new and creative patisserie ideas and creations. When he discovered Switzerland for living and working, he was fascinated and inspired by the diverse nature between mountains and lakes. In his free time, he uses this diversity for sportive or cultural activities.

Peter has been pastry chef at Café Carisch since November 2018, where he proves his talent every day and delights his guests with his cakes and friendly manner. He is looking forward to continuing the confectionery tradition in Graubünden together with Origen in the future.
