RICHARD RESCH

initially studied music pedagogy, vocals and piano pedagogy in Augsburg with Agnes Habereder. He subsequently studied vocals with Prof. Hans-Joachim Beyer, Edda Sevenich and Dominik Wortig. At the singing competitiom «Toti dal Monte» in Trevisio he was awarded a special prize as the youngest finalist in 2009. Furthermore, he is the award winner of the international opera competitions «kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg» and «Gut Immling». In 2012 he was awarded the «Kunstförderpreis» of the City of Augsburg. He had guest performances at the theatre Augsburg and at the State Theatre Braunschweig and worked with conductors like Christoph Eschenbach, Christoph Hammer, Michel Laplénie, Helmuth Riling, Morten Schuldt-Jensen and Andreas Pering with well-known orchestras such as the Bremer Philarmonics, the Kanazawa Orchestra Ensemble, the New Munich Court Orchestra, the Bachkollegium Stuttgart and the Radio-Symphony Orchestra of SWR. Various concerts and radio broadcasts led him through Europe and Asia.
