The lyrical tenor and composer Wilhelm Spuller had his training at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts, the Vienna Conservatory and with Kurt Widmer in Basel. Wilhelm Spuller performed in productions of the Vienna State Opera, the «Theater an der Wien», the Vienna Volkstheater, the «Neue Oper Wien», the Vienna Chamber Opera, the Sirene Opera Theatre and the Haydn Festival Eisenstadt. His repertoire consists of pieces from the early baroque era up to contemporary compositions. Together with the pianist Clara Frühstück he is the artistic director of the «Klangfrühling» Festival since 2015.
